My Favorite Action Figure YouTube Videos - Volume One - The History of Transformers

Here's something new that I've thought of for more content. Even though it is not my content but a link is posted to someone else's content . I watch a lot of action figure reviews on Youtube and this one is one of my favorites. This guy looks back at the history of the Transformers all the way back to Generation One . He is a Youtuber known as Michael Mercy and here is the link to his video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RZrp1QPX5w .

Fortnite - Teknique Review !!!

The Fortnite Video game franchise has gotten so popular now that it has gone on to produce other products such as action figures. Although they are in the 3.75 through four inch scale , they still look pretty neat . I would love to see six inch scaled Fortnite figures too if possible by the company . Epic Games is the name of the company for the game for those of you whom might not have known and Jazwares is the company making the Fortnite toys/ action figures . I was lucky enough to purchase this figure of the character known as Teknique at a local Walmart for under ten dollars .

This is the back of the packaging with the clear plastic casing still on .

This is the back of the packaging without the clear plastic casing .
Above the art located behind the figure while inside the packaging .
Although I'm not much of a collector of 4 inch scaled figures Teknique is nicely done . Unfortunately her hat does not come off however the hoodie head piece does. This is a luxury because of the multiple display options, letting you decide rather you want her with it on or not . I have not played the Fortnite game so I assume that some type of weapon is blended in with the paint roller . Pay close attention and you will notice that she has paint stains on her shoes . The most impressive feature of this figure in my opinion is how colorful she is. Her attire is filled with bright vivid beautiful colors .
Although I do not think that the figure is a perfect likeness to the video game version, it is neat looking none the less. Although not a realistic looking face because of the video game likeness. I like her gas mask like accessory around her neck too it's pretty neat looking .
As you can see Teknique is about the same height as your average G.I. Joe figure . As a matter of fact these Fornite figures fit in really well with the Joe figures .
As you can see Teknique has paint stains on her pants and shirt sleeves too. However I'm not sure if the stains were supposed to be accidental or designed on by the character herself .
Above are the accessories Teknique comes with . I like how the flash from my camera almost makes the metal handle on the paint roller almost look like real metal .
There is a peg on the raft so that you can stand Teknique on it. As for the brochure pictured below that come with the figure , I'm not sure if it is meant for the video game or the toy series, however it is a nice menu of extra characters and items .

That's it for now and I hope you enjoyed this review . There is no " Final Thoughts" this time because some of the same categories that apply to bigger figures are less of an emphasis on smaller ones when determining a purchase, such as articulation .

WWE MATTEL - Alundra Blayze Review !!!

Many hard core wrestling fans remember her mostly as Madusa Miceli, however during her time with the WWE she was known as Alundra Blaze . This is the first figure of Alundra Blaze in the WWE Mattel franchise and I purchased this figure at a local Walmart for a discounted price of around $ 17.99 .

As you can see you will need to purchase three more figures to complete Shawn Michael's Heartbreak Hotel Interview Set . As for the dialogue on the back of the packaging, if you're having difficulty seeing it under " BEST OF HER ERA " it says - Alundra Blayze was a three-time Women's Champion, including a reign that lasted 342 days . Under LEGENDARY  MANAGER  it says - Blaze managed some of the greatest SuperStars of all time , including "Ravishing" Rick Rude and "Macho" Man Randy Savage .
So basically her bios are saying that she was both a wrestler and manager , I knew about the wrestler part but I don't remember her as a manager . Now for a look at Blayze out of the packaging .
As you can see Alundra comes with a championship belt and two pieces of the heart shaped couch for the playset setup of this series .
Alundra is nicely detailed . She even has age lines/wrinkles in her hands . She looks very cool and is a fun figure to have .
As you can see she stands at about six inches tall .
This picture does not do the figure justice, but Alundra actually has a couple of wrinkles/age lines on her face as she was one of the older WWE Divas at the time of her reign . The figure looks much better in person than what my camera shows sometimes.
If you fit the championship belt in the second loop as shown above, it is a nice secure fit without any slippage. It's tight and secure and you don't have to worry about the belt coming off when you move her around .
In my opinion, Alundra is already a cool figure without the belt but is even cooler with it .
To put together the heart shaped accessory , notice the holes/insertions at the top .
Next take the heart shaped couch accessory piece and insert the pegs into the openings . Just press down slowly.
This is the result you get until you purchase the other figures in the series to complete the set .
You may need a magnifying glass or glasses to see the dialogue on her championship belt, It reads " Womens Wrestling Champion .
                                                   FINAL    THOUGHTS

( 1 )  ARTICULATION  LIMITS  -  Upward head movement is limited due to the hair however she can look somewhat downward with ease .

( 2 ) STANDING   ABILITY  -   Alundra stands very well without balance issues. Plus the flat shoes and being flat footed helps too.

( 3 ) WHAT  I  LIKE  BEST  ABOUT  THIS  FIGURE  ? - The accessory pieces that come with it are nice. Alundra is very detailed with age lines and even a few muscle striations . She stands very well and I think she looks cool .

( 4 ) WHAT  I  LIKE  LEAST  ABOUT  THIS  FIGURE ? - No dislikes .

( 5 ) WHAT  COULD  HAVE  BEEN  DONE  TO  IMPROVE  THE  FIGURE  ? - No improvements needed .

( 6 ) GRADING  SCALE  -  A Perfect 10 could find no flaws .

( 7 ) FINAL  ANALYSIS -  It's great to see another WWE Diva from the late 90s til early 2000s in the line as Alundra now joins Trish Stratus and Lita as part of the female wrestlers from that time frame in this line . Still eagerly awaiting on a figure of Sable, Chyna ,etc. among others .

DC MULTIVERSE - Spoiler Review !!!

Here's another character from the world of BatMan and Gotham City . Spoiler's real name is Stephanie Brown and here's a link to her Wikipedia profile - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephanie_Brown_(comics). I purchased this figure of Spoiler at a local Walmart for a discounted price of around $ 17 .99 .

I love the newly colored blue packaging used for the DC Multiverse figures . When I first saw the new blue packaging I thought it was only meant to be used with the Aqua-Man movie figures, since blue is a color that represents water . However it looks like that this will be the color used for all of the packaging, not just for Aqua-Man . If you are having difficulty seeing the bio it says " Recruited by Batwoman into boot camp, the violet vindicator joins forces with the top heroes in Gotham City ".
As you can see Spoiler only comes with her weapon and the head of the Collect N Connect Lex Luthor .

I have not been reading DC comics as of late and I did not know that the above image is Lex Luthor until I read the back of the packaging , as you can see Spoiler comes with his head as he is this series Collect N Connect .
Spoiler is a very cool figure however I think she is so much cooler with her nunchucks than she is without . See why in the some of the pics below as I back up my claim . The cape is made of a soft rubbery plastic and is light weight with no top heaviness to it .
The nunchuck sticks are made of a solid plastic and the nunchuck chains are of a softer plastic. The sticks seem to be harder than the chains which is the way it should be .
Despite half her face being covered , you can still see the details in her eyes .

I love Spoiler's nunchucks. Plus I love the fact that they are not just ordinary nunchucks, but are triple nunchucks . Plus look at the long range of attack the weapon has . An opponent can be a good distance from her and still get struck and hit . The nunchucks in my opinion actually makes Spoiler a very fun figure to own .
As you can see she stands a little under six inches tall, which is great being a teenage character .
It looks like Mattel got the height correct this time, because the last teenage based character was a little too tall, that being the latest Wonder Girl figure which I reviewed on this site . If you missed that review here's a link to it as Wonder Girl is reviewed among other figures - https://actionfigureimagerytoyreviews.blogspot.com/2018/06/dc-comics-multiverse-wonder-woman.html .  The height scales  are perfect as Spoiler stands next to a DC Universe Classics Aqua-Man .
                                               FINAL   THOUGHTS

( 1 )  ARTICULATION  LIMITS  - Only upper head movement is limited .

( 2 ) STANDING  ABILITY  - Spoiler stands well once she is properly positioned .

( 3 ) WHAT  I  LIKE  BEST  ABOUT  THIS  FIGURE  ? -  First of all I love the fact that Mattel got the height correct, because she is a teenage based character . Second I love her weapon , the nun-chucks . It's fun to pose her with it rather with one hand or holding it with two. Plus I like the long range of attack, you can really display her in some very cool fight poses .

( 4 )  WHAT  I  LIKE  LEAST  ABOUT  THIS  FIGURE ? -  There are no dislikes .

( 5 ) WHAT  COULD  HAVE  BEEN  DONE  TO  IMPROVE  THE  FIGURE  ? - A extra unmasked head would have been a nice bonus but I can't complain . Some collectors may say that the nunchuck chains should have been real metal . However in this case real metal is not needed . The bendy plastic is great as long as the flash from your camera gives it that shine, making it look like real metal . Plus if the chains were actual metal you would not be able to use those fantastic fight poses I mentioned earlier .

( 6 ) GRADING  SCALE - A Perfect 10 I could find no flaws .

( 7 ) FINAL  ANALYSIS  -   It's great to finally have Spoiler as she is a " first time in the line " figure .
