Arcee was the first female Autobot and first female Transformer period introduced to the world way back in that old 1980's Transformers cartoon. In that old toon she was colored mostly pink with grayish whites. This figure I'm about to review on the other hand is mostly blue with silver and black. I purchased this figure from a local Wal-Greens, and I'm very pleased with it. Plus I bought it at a good price, around a 14 to 15 dollar range. Here's a picture of the packaging...

The following is a pic from the bottom of the package. It shows you what other figures are available in this particular Transformer sub line.
And as with every Transformer action figure, what's a Transformer packaging without the physical stats of each character. The following is located on the left side of the packaging......
When you remove Arcee from her packaging, she is in vehicle mode. When in vehicle mode, the wheels really spin very well. The kickstand moves and allows Arcee to be parked. Here are two different pics of her in vehicle mode. The first pic is how she is when you remove her from the packaging and the second one is the front wheel pushed out a little farther.

Arcee comes with a very cool weapon. The silver blade attachment can rotate in a 360 degree circle. Look closely on the back of the packaging and you'll see that she can carry the weapon in both vehicle and robot mode. Here are pics of the back of the packaging and the weapon.
Arcee is amazing in robot mode. She stands right around the 5 inch range. Articulation wise her head can move up and down and rotate 360. Her elbows can bend inward, allowing you to put her in poses such as crossing her arms or grabbing something. Her arms also extend outward. Both wrists bend, ab crunch feature in her waist. Both legs move up and down and outward. Knees bend. Here's a look at Arcee by herself and standing next to two female action figures from other lines, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and a WWE diva figure via Mattel.

One of my favorite features of Arcee is that if you put her in front of a well lit lamp, her blue eyes glow. This is super cool. I hope that you notice the glow in the pic.
The final item to come with Arcee are the instructions on how to transform her. Here they are...(NOTE) I did not have enough room to scan the entire pages completely, so I scanned the top and bottom halves separately for both the front and back of the instruction sheet.

Overall Arcee is a great figure to add to your Transformer collection.
(1) ARTICULATION - The articulation is perfect in both modes, robot and vehicle. No complaints.
(2) STANDABILITY - The figure has no balance issues in either mode. Stands really well in robot mode.
(3) WHAT I LIKE BEST ABOUT ARCEE ? - Nice shade of blue color on her, her articulation and the eyes glow when in front of bright light. Plus the silver blade attachment on her gun moves.
(4) WHAT I LIKE LEAST ABOUT ARCEE ? - Nothing. NO complaints. This is a perfect figure in my opinion.
(5) WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO MAKE FIGURE BETTER? I don't know since I could not find any faults in it.
(6) GRADING SCALE - On a scale of 1-10 I give Arcee a Perfect 10 !!!!
(7) FINAL ANALYSIS - I think Arcee is great for both adult collectors and kids. Kids will enjoy all the articulation she has,and her spinning wheels even allow a little gliding across a smooth surface. Adult collectors may enjoy the thought of having a female Transformer to their collection. Again this is Arcee from the line Transformers Prime. Pick her up either in person or online, you'll be glad you did.
